    •Pressure transmitter

    Differential pressure transmitter with “multisensory technology” suitable for measuring liquid, gas or steam flow as well as level, pressure and density in applications with working pressure up to 41Mpa / 5945psi. The unique combination of several sensor systems in a single device allows simultaneous measurement of differential pressure and absolute pressure.

    •Pneomatic Differential pressure transmitter

    The measuring unit which detects the differential pressure variation and consists of two forged bodies and a measuring capsule. The transmission unit converts the differential force applied to the measuring element into a proportional output pneumatic signal. The output pressure, generated by a flapper nozzle relay, feeds the feedback bellows with a rising pressure until the balance between bellows force and measuring element is reached.

    •Electrical differential pressure transmitter

    Electronic differential pressure system, consisting of one transmitter with two sensors, offers proven pressure sensor technology in a new, innovative manner. The transmitter calculates the differential pressure from both sensors and transmits them to other devices.

    •Pressure Switch

    A pressure switch is a form of switch that closes an electrical contact when a certain set pressure has been reached on its input. The switch may be designed to make contact either on pressure rise or on pressure fall.

    •Pressure gauge

    Heavy duty, all stainless steel construction process pressure gauge. Suitable for almost all measuring mediums and operating conditions, also suitable for corrosive environments. There are many different types such as:

    •Back blow out pressure gauge

    These gauges are generally used within the gas industry are designed with operator safety in mind in case of a bourdon tube rupture and that no projectiles will blow out from the front of the gauge. Safety pattern construction consists of a front baffle wall, Perspex window and a blowout disc in the rear of the case.

    •Glycerine filled type

    •Bourden tube pressure gauges

    •Shut-off valve

    Shut-off valve according to:

    1: DIN 16270 (without test connection)

    2: DIN 16271 (with test connection)

    3: DIN 16272 (with a separate turn off test connection)

    It is principle appropriate to install a barricade between the pressure measuring instrument and pressure pipe. Shut-off valves make it possible to control or exchange a pressure measuring instrument without a breakdown. For shut-off valves with a test connection, it is possible to connect an additional test pressure measuring instrument.

    •Siphon

    The task of the siphons is to protect the pressure measuring instruments against pulsations of the measuring material and against too strong heating. The syphon is mounted directly in the connection plug of the pressure measuring instrument or in the stop organ (a cock or a valve). Inside this syphon there was formed a condensate, which prevent that the hot measuring material flow into the pressure measuring instrument. It is advisable to fill a cooling liquid into the siphons before using the pressure pipe the first time.

    •Sealing test plug

    Speed in operation is probably the greatest advantage of the Test Plug. When using a pressure gauge and adaptor it is just a question of removing the dust cap and pushing the adaptor through the plug. This gives an instant line pressure reading. Withdraw the probe and replace the dust cap. Temperature readings are made in the same way. No instruments are left in position to be damaged on purpose, or by accident.

    •Pressure gauge saver

    The saver is used to protect pressure gauge against the effect of pressure when it exceeds the maximum pressure rating of the pressure gauge. This device blocks the higher pressure exceeding the allowed value, until it comes back to normal.

    •Pulsation dampeners

    Are designed to protect pressure instruments from sudden pressure changes and fluctuations of pressuring fluids. Thus sudden pressure changes are damped before they reach the pressure sensing element to minimize stress on it and giving longer life. You can use this with any instruments subjected to rapidly fluctuating pressure or sudden shock pressures.

    •Manifold

    -Three Valve Manifolds, the most commonly used manifolds, which may be used in differential pressure instruments such as differential pressure transmitters, differential pressure switches, differential pressure gauges, etc.

    -Five Valve Manifolds, which are normally used with differential pressure instruments where drain valves are required on the instrument side.
